Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your StrandsAmerica account and select the items you wish to return from your recent order history to generate a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
